This year we went back in time and created a Modern Speakeasy. The event was held at Hotel Maya in Long Beach and we wanted to do something completely different. We went with dark brown leather tufted couches and clean white lounge furniture to combine the old and the modern elements to the theme. The twenty-four foot long wooden bar was covered in candles and whiskey bottles, which our flair bartenders helped bring to life with Old Fashioneds and fun cocktails. Another major focal point in the room was the custom black and white diamond printed vinyl dance floor which was breathtaking! The all white stage with oversized stairs down to the dancefloor wasn’t bad either ; ). To complete the look, we added Edison Bulb Walls as the stage backdrop to really bring the theme together without obscuring the gorgeous ocean view. Guests were greeted by an incredible Jazz Band and literally danced under the stars with the custom designed vintage star breakout patterns that covered the entire tent ceiling. It was for sure a night to remember.
This event was a dream to plan at Hotel Maya in Long Beach! We started with their Lagunita Pavilion which is an incredible blank canvas tent structure which made the creative possibilities endless. We worked with our client on a theme that the event would revolve around and we chose outdoor Nightclub! The colorful lighting and ceiling patterns were one of the most important features that really transformed the space. We designed wooden cabana lounge areas and included daybeds around the dance floor. The string lights helped to bring the outdoors in and complemented the modern drapery on the cabanas perfectly. We created a custom square bar so guests could easily grab branded cocktails all night long. Topping off the night with amazing live performances by a Dubstep Pianist and Break Dancers. Creative and fun clients are the best and we love working with this client every year!

When Make A Wish Greater Los Angeles calls, you answer. When they ask you to be a part of their Walk For Wishes fundraising event, you don’t hesitate to say yes. That’s exactly what we did! We linked them up with KIIS FM for an On Air Interview and donated a custom photo booth. We love to be a part of a great cause and always enjoy working with Make A Wish. It was an early morning start, but the smiles on their faces and the happiness that we shared with the families was more than we could have asked for. We loved how the silver sequins sparkled in the sunlight and look forward to many more events with this amazing organization!
He put a ring on it! Excited to announce that I (Jenny) am officially engaged:) I couldn’t have wished for a better christmas surprise than a house full of my loved ones to celebrate the special moment. Ryan went over the top with everything from a live harpist, custom built “Will You Marry Me?” sign and a snow machine. It was perfect!
Who doesn’t LOVE a surprise birthday party?! Especially when your husband plans you a Rose All Day Malibu beach party. As guests entered they were greated with glasses of rose and were directed to grab a pair of flip flops and sunglasses from the custom display wall. One of our favorite focal points of the event was our wooden cabanas with soft pink drapery. Elegant lounge furniture, pink beach towels and soft pink florals complimented the oceanfront cabanas perfectly. To top everything off there were different food stations from guests to choose from including a taco bar, fruit cart and cotton candy station. We loved to help bring this theme to life and make Michelle’s birthday extra special this year!
This couple was special to us because not only were they amazing clients but good friends as well. Their gorgeous Malibu private estate wedding at Villa Mara was breathtaking with panoramic ocean views. The wedding party was filled with energy and had a blast throughout the day and danced the night away. The gorgeous photos below show everything from ceremony and reception details to the loving moments between Jenny and Mark. This is one wedding that we will remember forever!
Lindsey & Brian celebrated their special day the Hollywood way with all the glitz, glam, and beyond!
At the historic Wilshire Ebell in Downtown Los Angeles, considered an “Official American Treasure,” the couple celebrated their love in the most sophisticated setting with gorgeous high ceilings complete with timeless chandeliers. Their evening included large feather centerpieces, a red carpet photo booth, Moscow Mule specialty cocktails and more!
Their Hollywood Glam wedding was complemented with gold ambiance lighting and a charming monogram for all their guests to enjoy. The wedding party enjoyed the celebration dressed in their best Los Angeles fashion while sipping Moscow Mule specialty cocktails.

Let’s be honest, monogrammed keepsakes seem like a great idea at the time you are picking out wedding favors, but a week or so after your wedding, who really wants a key chain with you anniversary stamped on it. Consider some of these favors to keep costs down and really share a gift that your guests will be happy to be going home with.
While themed weddings can be a great way to incorporate your unique personality into your affair, themes can also cause brides to get carried away. Take a cue from this Mardi Gras bride on how to successfully blend a fun theme with the elegance of a formal wedding.
